1. About these terms
This developer hub is maintained by Robert Walker under Walker Coding. These terms cover the hub and the phone-verification features described below in covered applications, including Crossway Church Policy Library, Retreat Weekend, and Carl Flanders where those features are enabled. Project-specific terms may apply to additional services and will be presented by that project.
2. Using the websites
Use the websites lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the services, impersonate another person, or misuse account-verification features. Use only phone numbers and accounts you are authorized to access.
3. Verification messaging terms
Where a covered application offers SMS verification, providing your phone number and expressly requesting a code gives consent to receive a transactional security message at that number for that verification attempt. The application must display its messaging disclosure when you request the code. Message frequency depends on your requests and permitted retries; these are not recurring marketing messages.
- Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Help: Contact robert@walkercoding.com for assistance. Where the sender supports replies, reply HELP for assistance.
- Stopping messages: Stop requesting verification codes. Where replies are supported, reply STOP to opt out; otherwise contact robert@walkercoding.com to request that verification messages stop. Opting out may prevent access to features that require phone verification.
- Delivery: Delivery is subject to carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Security: Never share your verification code with another person. A code does not authorize marketing communications.
The developer hub itself does not collect phone numbers or send messages. These terms do not enroll you in a messaging program simply because you visit a website. Read the privacy policy for how verification information is handled.
4. Project links and availability
The hub links to separate project websites. Additional terms, privacy notices, or third-party providers may apply to their particular features. Websites and features may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the hub is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
